The END of Me
Yup, it's that time of year again: term paper time. We've been working on ours for a couple of weeks now, but the reality that my outline is due tomorrow just sunk in. In addition, I'm pretty sure that we are one of the only English classes that had to read a book, research, then write the paper based on the book. Every other class just had to research. So basically, we had to do an extra step, which, you know, is always lovely. Well, enough blogging for me...this outline is obviously not going to write itself... ):
Channing Tatum in The Vow...(:
Like I said in my last blog, I finally saw The Vow in theaters on Friday, and I have to admit, I was a little disappointed. The plot was very romantic, and I just about cried at some parts! But I feel like the ending could have been different. However, I still learned something from the movie: that I truly want to marry a man like Channing Tatum. This is, of course, is partly because of (for lack of better words) his good looks, but most importantly because he cared so deeply about his wife in the movie. Even at their weakest points, he never left her side, but rather tried to help her recover. Yes, the plot was a little repetitive, but I rate it as a MUST SEE because you will never understand the true beauty of romance until you do.
Four Days of ZZZZs
We finally had a four day weekend...and let me tell you...I caught up on my sleep! My sister and I finally got to see "The Vow" with our friends, and then on Saturday we all went to the mall. We just hung out with friends and had a good time, so overall, I would say it was a productive weekend(:

The Yellow Bundle
These bananas are just beginning to ripen as the green coloring starts to fade. The Morales family ripped several of them off of the bundle this morning to add a source of potassium to their breakfast.
Warm of the Cheetah
The cheetah-patterned blanket acts as an extra layer as it lies on top of Lake Central junior Victoria Morales's bed. On the chilly night of December 21, Victoria snuggled up with this blanket as she fell asleep on her couch.
SMACK!
Lake Central junior Victoria Morales jumps in her backyard as she practices volleyball. On Saturday, February 4, 2012, Victoria made an enormous "SMACK" when she overhanded the ball.

Underwater!
So I was just looking up random pictures on Google, and I came across this one. I don't know why, but I really love any pictures of aquatic life...maybe it's because they're all so lively and full of a variety of colors...whatever it is, they fascinate me every time! If you really look at it, it makes you realize how beautiful our planet really is(: Let me know what you think of this picture!
4 Day Week
I don't know about anybody else, but I absolutely LOVE four day weeks...which means that we have a four day weekend also! I'm so excited, although I don't have much planned for the break. I'm sure something will come up; it always does. Anyways, I'll just be happy to spend the time with my family and friends...it feels like it's been forever since I've had free-time! The break is definitely well-needed. I hope you enjoy yours!
Day of Love
Yes, it's that time of year again. The day where every girl desperately waits for an unexpected bouquet of roses or chocolates from a secret admirer is coming up this Tuesday. Personally, I think Valentine's Day is hyped up to more than what it should be...all it is is a day for couples to celebrate their love. Right now I'm riding solo...so this year my Valentine will be my boyfriend that I have yet to find.(:
